AI-generated content

AI responses may be incomplete, inaccurate, or inappropriate for your circumstances. You are responsible for evaluating suggestions before acting on them. Do not rely on Roko for medication, diagnosis, crash dieting, or other high-risk health decisions.

Your responsibilities

• Use the service lawfully and for personal wellness purposes.
• Do not probe, overload, bypass limits, reverse engineer, or abuse the service.
• Do not use Roko to generate harmful, fraudulent, or illegal content.

Subscriptions and purchases

If paid features are offered, the price, billing period, renewal terms, and included features will be shown before purchase. App Store purchases are billed and managed through your Apple ID and are subject to Apple’s applicable payment and refund rules. You can manage or cancel an auto-renewable subscription in your Apple account settings.

Availability and changes

We may change, suspend, or discontinue features to maintain security, comply with law, or improve Roko. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability. We may update these Terms, and the effective date above will change when updates become effective.

Disclaimers and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Roko is provided “as is” without warranties of fitness, accuracy, or availability. Roko’s operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer protections.
